Everybody was as helpful and straight forward as possible. It was a wonderful and exciting experience. Just like the motto - it was extremely easy. After searching from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., we stopped at the Kelly Jeep dealer on Rte 1 in Lynnfield. We were looking for a used car with minimum mileage and found the Nissan Altima. Janet was very hel at the Kelly Jeep dealer on Rte 1 in Lynnfield. We were looking for a used car with minimum mileage and found the Nissan Altima. Janet was very helpful with the questions we asked, looking it up on her cellphone because the computers were not properly working because of new installation, she also went above and beyond to get us a second key, which did not come with the car. The service was excellent. Everyone was friendly, even when, after a long day, my husband got very cranky, she kept her composure and was very kind to him. The Manager who did our paperwork was very friendly and tried his best to get us out of there as fast as possible. I would recommend this dealership because of its friendly, kind and efficient sales persons. More

I walked into Kelly Jeep Chrysler and asked for Joe Murray, who had contacted me via email and phone and stated that he had the vehicle that I was looking for. I did not meet Mr. Murray, but was int Murray, who had contacted me via email and phone and stated that he had the vehicle that I was looking for. I did not meet Mr. Murray, but was introduced to Corey Nance who helped me with the information on the vehicle and test drive. Mr Nance was a true professional and a gentleman. It was a very satisfying experience dealing with Mr Nance and purchasing my vehicle. I highly recommend Mr Nance and this dealership. More
