In my 35 years of car ownership, I have never been more satisfied with a service advisor. Jack is the nicest, most pleasant, most honest person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I know that h satisfied with a service advisor. Jack is the nicest, most pleasant, most honest person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I know that he will give me the right advice and not try to sell me on service my car really doesn't need. He is never harried or gruff and always gives me his full attention. He is one in a million! Had an exhaust manifold on my Pathfinder replaced under warranty. Should be no charge,right! Wrong! When I went to pickup the vehicle I was handed an invoice for $69.00. WHAT. This is factory recall and sh warranty. Should be no charge,right! Wrong! When I went to pickup the vehicle I was handed an invoice for $69.00. WHAT. This is factory recall and should be covered. Well, not when the dealship can scam some money out of you. I refused to pay. The Manager refused to release the vehicle until the bill was paid. I had no choice but I was furious and will never return to this "Stealership" again. And I will do all I can to discourage anyone else from using this dealership for anything. In fact a friend was test driving a vehicle there and after I told him what had happened he bought a vehicle somewhere else. More
