I had a great purchase experience at Kelly Nissan, where I worked with Karen on purchasing a new Murano. She was friendly, knowledgeable and very interested in my requirements for options on the vehicle. I worked with Karen on purchasing a new Murano. The only shortcoming had nothing to do with Karen, but rather the sales process in general at all dealerships. Someone needs to come up with a better way to easily complete the sale and get the consumer out of the showroom in something less than 4 hours. It is just unacceptable in today's fast paced world to have to sit at a dealership for hours on end waiting for the final paperwork to be compiled in order to finish the deal that was consumated hours earlier.
