"Honest and customer oriented"

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Larry and the rest of Service Staff at Kelly. Servicing there for last 10 years with no problems. Also have had interaction with Parts Dept and Service Manager....they too have been courteous and professional.

"Quick and Knowledgeable Service Center"

As usual, the Nissan service team was thorough in selecting the necessary service needs of my vehicle. The maintenance was performed in a very professional manner. I have been a customer of Nissan on Route 33 for nearly 6 years and have always been true to the car service needs.

"Great Experience buying a CPO"

I went to Kelly Nissan to just look at what they had on the lot, but after talking to Scott he made us feel so comfortable. He gave us time to look on the lot without being pushy or bothersome. Once I found the car I wanted making a deal with Scott went as so simple. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Everyone was amazing at Kelly Nissan!!! I will be a customer for life!

Just picked out my 4th lease from this dealership. Have to say that they have become family to me. They are very familiar with my driving habits and comfort preferences and honestly recommend models based on that knowledge. I get all of my service completed by Kelly as well so I'm there often enough that they know my child by name.

"Oil change - check on warning lights that continue to come o"

The service rep was quite polite and responsive. My car was taken in for service as soon as I arrived. The oil change / tire rotation took the normal amount of time, My concern is not with the dealership nor with the staff. I do have a concern about the warning lights coming on for no apparent reason.

"First time purchasing car here, won't be my last"

I just have to say how happy I am to have been able to get the car I wanted, at a great price from this amazing dealership. Oscar helped me and my husband with the car and he was very patient with my husband, as my husband always has to get a "deal"....we ended up leaving that day without the car. But we ended up coming back a few weeks later to see if the car was still there, (we were going to see another car the next day up in Tannersville which would've been a drive for us but I really liked that specific style of car) and it was still there! So when Oscar saw us, he asked if I was finally here to get my car because it's waiting for me. We ended up leaving that day with the car. The people there are great, they will help you get the car you want. Oscar is very nice and knowledgeable, like I said before, he was very patient with us, remembered us even after a month later and remembered the car I was interested in. So very pleased with our experience at this dealership.
