"Search no further! This is your dealer! "

My car buying process was over a month or so. Each dealership I want to prior to Kelly Nissan would give me the runaround with pricing. When I came to Kelly Nissan this is what I like the most about this dealership! I met with the salesman Scott Tophoney and he showed me the truck I was interested in. Then we sat down to talk number and before I knew it the manager Ron Fizer was sitting in front of me. There was no back and forth price negotiations or run around! They valued my time and business and it showed! They were straight to the point and that's what made me settle with this dealership for my business! The finance manager Mike Salavati is also a straight shooter and great man to work with! I enjoyed some positive conversations with him while we went over my paperwork! Overall this was an excellent experience and a blessing in disguise of a dealership!

I dropped my car off Friday night for oil change and tire rotation and it was done before 11am. I asked if I could drop my wife's car for the same when I picked my car with no appointment and they did it in a couple of hours.

I was very happy with the service I received when I had my car inspected. I was told how long it would take & my car was ready within the time frame. I was able to schedule my oil change while I was there. I couldn't find my most recent insurance card so Mike called my insurance company so they could fax a copy of it & he gave me the copy.

The Express Service is a convenient way to take care of the car since you don't need an appointment. I was greeted and helped right away and the staff was very professional and courteous. Only would suggest a quicker turnaround time, but it still was an extremely convenient service visit.
