Terrible service as they get larger. Took nearly 10 min to greet my daughter when she pulled in for service appt. Oil change and Inspection two hours... then the excuse is washed car? When my daughter asked why almost two hours she was told it was not quite 90 minutes even though she was waiting two hours! I called into service dept 4x when it hit 90 minutes but no one answered the calls. So let’s see don’t greet clients, don’t answer phones, then debate how long you make them wait... for oil change and inspection as basic as it gets. More
