My fiance and I came in looking for a used car.We sat in a Toyota Prius for about an hour while Doug went oover all of the benefits of this car. Then he proceeded to show us a few new cars. The Difference in price was so slim that despite the fact that the used car had so many benfits that the 2013 Toyota Corolla didnt, we went with the new one anyway. He was so patient and kind with us. He explained everything in detail, the friendliest carsalesman I had ever had the pleasure of meeting. When we went inside, he was so wonderful to our kids. He gave them candy and coloring books and crayons to play with while we filled out all of the necessary paperwork. We truly felt as if we were buying this car from a friend, and not someone who was only selling cars to get commision. He never pushed us into a decision. Knowing I hated it, he even was nice enough to offer to have someone take the god-awful pinstripe off of the sides of the car, which is soemthing I never knew you could do. I am absolutely in love with my new Toyota Corolla. I could not have asked for a better salesman, and I will be returning to this dealership but only if Doug Murphy is there to help us out again!
