I went in to the dealership with an open mind and not knowing what to expect. It was Labor Day so the dealership was very busy. From the opening "hello" until the deal was made Dan nade me feel at ease and comfortable. Dan was thourough during the test drive, during the deal and at delivery. I recommend Dan to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Karen was also very nice and professonal during the paperwork process. Both she and Dan kept in touch with me several times and recently Dan called to wish me a Happy Birrhday. After my purchase I also recieved a call from the main office and management extending their services if needed in the future. Overall I am very happy and would recommend Freedom and their staff to anyone in the market. More
