My wife and I could not be more appreciative for all the work Doug and Mike at Freedom Toyota did to allow us to get our Toyota Certified 2010 Rav4! We are extremely grateful for their and the rest of the work Doug and Mike at Freedom Toyota did to allow us to get our Toyota Certified 2010 Rav4! We are extremely grateful for their and the rest of the staff's upfront respectful and honest attitudes towards both us. That factor really made the process go fairly smoothly, and without it we might have been buying our somewhere else. Doug went far beyond what was expected of him as a car salesman and stayed late to get the deal done on a HOLIDAY nonetheless! We have nothing but EXCELLENT things to say about the great way that our FAMILY was treated during our car shopping and buying experience. Between our salesmen (Doug and Mike) and the rest of the staff at Freedom Toyota in Hamburg, they really made us feel welcome and almost like family. When the deal was finalized, we thought they were just as excited to see our faces light up as we were excited about getting a new car! To us, that is going above a profession, that is showing true character and caring about other people. I wouldn't recommend this dealer to my worst enemy. I drove 3 hours title in hand because they were the only dealer that had the color I wanted in a Tacoma. I had been to 5 other Toyota dealers prior. Ev drove 3 hours title in hand because they were the only dealer that had the color I wanted in a Tacoma. I had been to 5 other Toyota dealers prior. Everyone was very nice at first until it came time to look at numbers. They were no where even close to the other dealers. They were $4000 lower in trade value. Then wanted to do 6% interest on a loan. When other dealers could get other company's to work and get me 3.9%. I told them I didn't want to lease. Then they got mad when I wouldn't listen to their lease speach. When it was all said and done their monthly payments were $200 more than every other dealer I went to. I told them what I wanted to pay they got angry at that and didnt like to hear the truth that I had literally been to a jeep dealer the night before and looked at a Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT-8 that was $62,000 the dealer came down in price to $59000 and the payments on that jeep were the same as what Freedom Toyota wanted to put me into to pay for a 30000 Tacoma. I literally went to the Porsche dealer after this and ordered the Cayenne I really wanted with all the features I wanted for $472 a month. How can it cost the same per month to buy a Porsche as it does a Tacoma...ill tell you they are a greedy dealer that doesn't care about customer service. Don't ever go there it's amazing they are still in business More

I am totally amazed at all that Doug did for me. I have never had anyone from any dealership work as hard as he did, He is the best and I will go back and buy all my vehicles from him. Before visiting Freedom Toyota i had gone to many other dealerships and none of them would work with me with what i wanted and what i as a young women could afford, every place was a let down. When i went dealerships and none of them would work with me with what i wanted and what i as a young women could afford, every place was a let down.
