Of course, while at Freedom, we looked at several other used vehicles and ended up buying the vehicle we went there for in the first place. Jastin was our sales rep and he provided a very professioinal and courteous environment. We spent a lot of time with him and he never once put us in a position to have to make a decisioin to purchase; absolutely NO high pressure sales. Jasten was knowledgable and offered suggestions during the process. He was great to work with. I have to admit, we were dreading shopping for a vehicle; first because we didn't think we would find what we wanted at a price that we needed, but second because both my wife and I don't like high pressure sales people. However, Freedom Toyota met both of our requireents. We felt very comfortable about our decision and when it was said and done, we drove home with the vehicle feeling like we made a great decision at a good price. I gave a four on the price though because they didn't offer much on my trade-in, but Jasten explained why the offer was less than we expected and we appreciated their honesty. So we didn't go with the trade-in they offered. However, outside of that, it was an excellent experience. I would recommend Freedom Toyota to my friends and family or anyone else for that matter.. I have purchased many new cars over the years and this is by far one of the best experiences. They had very impressive finance rates and were very eager to give me an aggressive offer my trade (way better th by far one of the best experiences. However I must admit that I was very disappointed that all of the sales people stood right outside the door smoking away the entire time even while I was taking deliver of my brand new truck. I'm an ex smoker so I understand, but professional business have their employees smoke out back. Jeff was awesome, but its a shame he is no longer there. Honest dealing. This is the second vehicle we purchased there, while there are other Toyota dealers much closer. They provided a hard copy quote after our test drive that could not be beat doing internet there, while there are other Toyota dealers much closer.
