No, we did not find a car that met my budget and needs, but Chelsea wasn't pushy and took the time to do her best to meet my needs. Recently, she messaged me to assure me that she hadn't forgotten about our discussion and was still looking; that's customer service! I did find a car through a family member that will be a huge blessing in my life. Chelsea then congratulated me on the find...many dealers I have spoken to simply ignore you because you're no longer buying a car/truck. I'll do my best to talk to the boss and make sure you get a raise!! Awesome job to Chelsea and the staff at Freedom Toyota! More
