Shane had my financing paper work done in about 10 minutes. I was out the door with a new Toyota Sienna within a few hours from the time I walked into their showroom. Doug was Awesome! Doug was a huge help in getting my girlfriend a new car. We found a Subaru online at Freedom Toyota and she went to see him on a Monday night. She was really looking for heated seats in the car as well which he mentioned to her could be added by them at anytime. She bought the car that night. I called Doug the next day to see if it would be possible to put the heated seats in before Friday when we were going to be picking the car up. He went above and beyond and was able to get the installers to put the seats in for me before we were picking the car up. It was her birthday on the Saturday after and I had not gotten her a gift yet so Doug saved me! Thanks for all of your help and your great service!! More
