120,000 service This is my first time getting service at Freedom. Erin was the person that made my appt on the phone and she was the one to greet me on my appt day. This is my first time getting service at Freedom. Erin was the person that made my appt on the phone and she was the one to greet me on my appt day. She was very welcoming, kind and accommodating. The Freedom service department was honest (unlike the last dealer I dealt with). Erin went over every item and the cost involved. After Erin gave me all the information and recommendations, she allowed me to choose what to have (or have not) done. I live far from Freedom and pass several Toyota dealers on the way, but it was well worth the trip. From now on, it's Freedom (& Erin) for me!!! More

technicians can't even fix a sandwich Technician completely misdiagnosed an overheating issue which caused us to be left on the side of Rte 22 in Allentown immediately after picking up veh Technician completely misdiagnosed an overheating issue which caused us to be left on the side of Rte 22 in Allentown immediately after picking up vehicle due to emergency overheating while visiting relatives in another city. Then said the same problem was due to an aftermarket radiator cap (which Freedom Toyota installed when they replaced the radiator). When they were told we did not believe that was the problem and to keep checking, two days later they called and indicated the real problem was a failed headgasket & quoted the price. We ultimately paid to have the vehicle towed back to Maryland and fixed it ourselves in our driveway for the price of a thermostat and some antifreeze. What was the $894 we paid to have the radiator replaced for? They did however give us a vehicle to use on the comeback and arranged for the tow in but ironically enough the advisor that helped us initially said they do not have loaner cars at that dealership. Contacted upper mgmt, have yet to hear back. The technicians at this store can't even fix a sandwich. Would not recommend. More
