Great experience at Freedom Toyota, I will be back next. I have bought 3 cars from Freedom Toyota, 2 used and one new. If you visit them with reasonable expectations you will get into the car you want. Very I have bought 3 cars from Freedom Toyota, 2 used and one new. Very little negotiation involved, I let them know what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay and they made it happen. The best thing about the whole experience was that I have never felt like I was being held hostage to make a deal as I have at other dealerships. I will be back to Freedom Toyota for my next vehicle when the time comes for a new one. My opinion of Freedom Toyota is that out of 5 stars, they get 6. I have bought the last two cars from Jasten Prutzman, if you are looking for a vehicle I would recommend him. More

I fell in love and asked if it was possible for me to trade in and not increase my payment. 120,000 service This is my first time getting service at Freedom. Erin was the person that made my appt on the phone and she was the one to greet me on my appt day. This is my first time getting service at Freedom. Erin was the person that made my appt on the phone and she was the one to greet me on my appt day. She was very welcoming, kind and accommodating. The Freedom service department was honest (unlike the last dealer I dealt with). Erin went over every item and the cost involved. After Erin gave me all the information and recommendations, she allowed me to choose what to have (or have not) done. I live far from Freedom and pass several Toyota dealers on the way, but it was well worth the trip. From now on, it's Freedom (& Erin) for me!!! More
