A Great Experience My wife and I went to Freedom to investigate what options Toyota had for us to consider. Toyota has a great reputation for long lasting vehicles and that was our initial interest. We met Doug Murphy and he took a lot of time to educate us about all of the offerings, even though it was clear that we would not be purchasing a vehicle that day. There was no "hard sell" just a very friendly exchange of information. We left that day with the clear understanding between my wife and I that if we ever decided to purchase a Toyota, it would be through Doug. Over the next week or so Doug followed up on our requests for information about a specific model and color combination. When we were able to go back to the dealership a week or so later, the exact vehicle we were looking for had come in to the store the day before. We made a deal we felt was fair and drove home in a new Avalon that afternoon. My wife loves her new car. Thanks Doug! More
