Service cannot be trusted I had horrible experience with both Toyota & Hyundai service at Freedom. Toyota service didn't bother to call me that they had to cancel my apt so I I had horrible experience with both Toyota & Hyundai service at Freedom. Toyota service didn't bother to call me that they had to cancel my apt so I drove 60 mile round trip for nothing. Then after many different issues that they say my truck wouldn't pass inspection, new issues kept coming up after the previous issue was fixed. There was an issue with the tire and alignment, they said I need 4 new tires and it needed an alignment. In this case I left and went to C & J tire where I purchased the tires and they worked to give me credit on the tire replacement and said only needed 2 tires replaced and no alignment was needed, they looked at the report from Freedom and showed me that all the did was turn my front tires to show it was not aligned. Then just took my Sonata to Freedom for an engine check, they find that there was a connector for the emissions that had the wire cut. They show me the outer covering looked chewed but the wires had NO signs of an animal chewing, it was a clean cut and was conveniently done so close to the connector that there was no wire left to reconnect. And of course they didn't have the connector so now I have to go back again to have it replaced. I do not trust their service department and will never use them again and because of this will never buy another car from them, my last 3 cars were from them. More

There was no pressure and selling hype. They did not have the color I wanted in stock, but they found one at another dealership and had it on the lot in two days. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership Don't bother dealing with this dealership. They damaged my car and charged me $157.00 for a simple oil change. I had perviously taken my car in for an oil change which only cost $54.00. I did call and talk to Jeremy the services advisor to resolve this issue and he said" not to worry about the bill he'll take care of me next time. Total service should have been around $80 with tire rotation that's a difference of $74 over chagred. I called again and spoke to another advisor which took the time to look at the bill and noticed the dealership did over charge me. The dealership did credit me back the difference. I tried calling the service manager Jerry Chatel to further discuss the issue but the receptionist stated he was on vacation and when he did get back I tried calling three additional times with no return call...."he is nowhere to be found because his day ends at 4pm"at least that's what the receptionist told me or too busy to talk. I even got told by the receptionist"he's trying to catch up to his emails and voice mails". Now I have to take them to court for the damage done to my car totaling $700. An inspection of the outside of my car was not done prior to having my car serviced for an oil change. This could all be resolved by showing me the security footage for the day I visited the dealership as proof the dealership in fact had nothing to do with the damage. This is not about the money it's about trust and honesty which the dealership failed to provide. More

TODAY IN ADDITION TO MY REGULAR SERVICE NICK INFORMED EACH AND EVERY TIME I VISIT I AM GREETED BY NICK. HE ALWAYS HAS A SMILE WHICH MAKE ME FEEL GOOD. TODAY IN ADDITION TO MY REGULAR SERVICE NICK INFORMED ME THAT I NEEDED BREAKS ALL AROUND AND THAT THE ROTORS ALSO HAD TO BE REPLACED ON MY 2003 TOYOTA 4RUNNER. NICK ASSURED ME THE IMPORTANCE TO HAVE THIS DONE BECAUSE OF THE AGE OF MY TRUCK AND ALSO THE SAFETY ASPECT. HE ASSURED ME THAT THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO MAKE SURE A WAS AS PROTECTED AS POSSIBLE AND SAID IF IT DID NOT I WAS TAKING A CHANCE WITH ME AND ALL WHO RIDE WITH ME. HE EXPLAINED THE NEED AND SAID HE WOULD NOT SAY IT HAD TO DONE IF IT WASN'T ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY. NICK HAS ALWAYS BEEN MY SERVICE TECH AND I TRUST HIM FULLY. AFTER I LEFT AND ON THE RIDE HOME I WAS AMAZED AT THE DIFFERENCE. FOR ME NICK IS ONE OF A KIND AND FREEDOM TOYOTA SHOULD BE PROUD TO HAVE HIM WORKING FOR THEM. More

I had researched the vehicles I was interested in and arranged financing and insurance prior to arriving at the lot. The sales process was great. My sales consultant was Doug M. He went out of his way to make sure that they vehicle I wanted was the vehicle I purchased. As a well-qualified borrower, I thought for sure the best rate I was going to get was the one I had already arranged from my credit union. I was pleasantly surprised when the Finance Manager came out (not once, but twice) with better rates. During the entire process, I felt as if the Freedom Team was behind me to get the best car at the best price and for the best loan terms. I would certainly recommend them to a friend or family member. More
Exceptionally friendly I was looking for an fj cruiser for almost 6 months. even though i live in Alexandria .Va . due to high resale value and demand on the market for this I was looking for an fj cruiser for almost 6 months. even though i live in Alexandria .Va . due to high resale value and demand on the market for this particular trucks i went to a lot of car dealers in search of this truck within a 300 mile radius.which resulted in frequent travel on weekends to different places and either i was not able to find a truck that satisfy me or the dealers didn't discribe it truthfully hence wasting my time and money. but my posative experience with freedom toyota starts the minute i made the first call. On sunday evening i saw the truck on auto trader. i called the dealer phone on monday 9:00 am which Matt Miller answered . and he gave me a quick and detailed review on the truck we talked about price and told me he will call back in few minutes. to his word he called back after few minutes and agreed on the price and he forwarded my call to a very professional and courteous sales Jasten Prutzman . Jasten went over the details and we set up a time for the next day. since i was only able to drive to the dealer by myself i took a rental car one way from Alexandria va to redding Pa .which is about 18 miles away. i called Matt millers and explained my situation he was very helpful and offered me that they will return my loaner the next day . which was really great of them. once i was at the dealer Jasten showed me thru the truck took my paper work and work with my insurance and get me out off there in a very fast and professional way it could be done. last but not least after i left as a satisfied customer . half way going back home i realized i left my sun glasses in my loaner car . which Jasten assured me he will mail it next morning as his promised i got my glasses the next day. but over all Matt Miller. Jasten and there financial guy (which i didn't catch his name) where very professional and customer oriented . i would greatly recommend freedom Toyota and Jasten Prutzman to have a pleasant car shopping.
