THANKS for the second time Im a out of state buyer that has bought trucks twice now.Pure pleasure to deal with all at Freedom Toyota .Made a call to Heather ,she found the exact Im a out of state buyer that has bought trucks twice now.Pure pleasure to deal with all at Freedom Toyota .Made a call to Heather ,she found the exact truck I wanted and at a fantastic price from her manager within a couple hours .Jastin , Weston and Shane completed the deal ,I definatly reccommend Freedom Toyota as a topshelf dealer ,And I'll be back!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No pressure, thorough, hassle-free My first contact was with Jennifer, via the internet. A family emergency kept me from following thru when she called to follow up with my inquiry. Wh My first contact was with Jennifer, via the internet. A family emergency kept me from following thru when she called to follow up with my inquiry. When I called week's later, the vehicle we had initially expressed interest in had sold, but he didn't give up. She looked to see if there was another vehicle which met our criteria and there was! It had just been traded in and was in service being checked out. I made an appt for 30 minutes later. I stopped to see the vehicle and was introduced to Raj. From the first contact with Jennifer, through the transaction with Raj, the entire process was hassle-free. Raj was completely thorough and though he only had 30 minutes to familiarize himself with this vehicle, he certainly knew alot about it. What he had not yet discovered, we learned together! It was actually funny to see/hear Raj's excitement about the vehicle as he would come across special features he was surprised to see on a vehicle 9 years old. So, we certainly had fun with this! I made an appt for the following day to have my husband look at the vehicle and also placed a deposit. Needless to say, the following day we drove off with our "new" Toyota Sienna. Raj made this experience so easy. He is extremely cordial, knowledgeable, and made buying the van pain-free. He answered every question, and if he didn't have the answer, he was quick to get it. He thoroughly explained credit ratings, how the sales price was arrived at compared to Blue Book value, reviewed financing options, and made sure we knew about the ongoing "perks" of choosing Freedom, Toyota. I want to add that whenever I stepped into the showroom I was greeted with a smile, not just by Raj, but by anyone with whom I made eye contact. Everyone was so friendly and I always felt welcomed. Thank you Jennifer and Raj. You are both a credit to not only Freedom, but to the car dealership industry. I won’t hesitate a moment to recommend your dealership! Very misleading Terrible promotions, very misleading. Internet sales uses edmunds for trade in value, when you go to the dealership they used Kelly which was much low Terrible promotions, very misleading. Internet sales uses edmunds for trade in value, when you go to the dealership they used Kelly which was much lower. Which changes the deal quite a bit from what you were lead to belive when dealing with the Internet sales staff. When we could not come to terms on a new Rav they offered no alternatives even though we were very interested in a used rave (2014 with less tha 4k lies on it). Not willing to negotiate at all. Salesman was fine it was the sales manage that throws the numbers out to you. More

Very impressed with Heather Knapp and her quickness in replying to my inquiry....unlike several dealers who either misquoted or gave wrong information Very impressed with Heather Knapp and her quickness in replying to my inquiry....unlike several dealers who either misquoted or gave wrong information or not listened to what I was saying......she introduced me to Weston Kemmerer who was very friendly and assisted me in my purchase. The price was fair, trade fair, vehicle in excellent shape......only negative was requested a Toyota warranty but received a third party warranty.....I will hopefully not have to use it soon and hope it is what was described and recommended. I like a lot of the "extras" and appreciated the upfront and honest approach.........if I get a good deal I believe in referrals ...so hopefully Heather and Weston will be getting many more!!! The foundation of a good relationship has been set..!! More

wonderful experience I had the most wonderful experience buying my toyota corolla at this dealership. This was the first time I was buy a car so I was very nervous but Dou I had the most wonderful experience buying my toyota corolla at this dealership. I never thought I would buy a toyota because like many others I was very stuck on my Chevy and dodge but I'm glad I made the choice I did thanks to his help. Great Experience My husband and I worked with Weston on the 1st coldest night in January when we arrived from Harrisburg. I had done some looking on the internet and found Freedom Toyota had 7 certified Toyota Camry's I wanted to see. Weston showed us all of them. He was great and new all the cars. My husband and I enjoyed working with Weston he was personable and very knowledgeable, Weston did not help me make the decision he left it all totally up to what I was looking for in a car. He didn't make me feel obligated to buy but I knew I was not leaving without a car. More

Great customer service and so helpful! My boyfriend and I were desperate to find a car and in a slight bind financially. We were greeted warmly by Raj and he worked with us for over an hour My boyfriend and I were desperate to find a car and in a slight bind financially. We were greeted warmly by Raj and he worked with us for over an hour to find something that would meet our budget and also our needs - baby friendly and reliable! Needless to say - we stayed in touch and I was able to pick up my gently used Toyota Corolla last night. Raj was just so helpful and knowledgable, even my one-year-old thought so.
