I could see salesmen with other customers but felt lost and unsure of what to do other than awkwardly stand there waiting for someone to ask if I was being helped. Our morning with Nicky Nicky took care of us from the moment we pulled in until we left about 2 hrs later. We told him our issues and showed him some coupons. He called me while we were there to tell us what they found out about our problem and made recommendations and fully explained why those recommendations were made.
