I purchased a certified used Buick Envision car vehicle LRBFXCSA5LD084244 and When I attempted to use the emergency key in the FOB to open the driver side door with a dead battery, it was not the correct k LRBFXCSA5LD084244 and When I attempted to use the emergency key in the FOB to open the driver side door with a dead battery, it was not the correct key. I attempted to contact this dealer; they did not respond to my more than 4 calls to attempt to resolve this problem. I went to another dealer, and they cut a correct key for $128.57. Apparently, Ken Ganley Buick Sandusky did not perform all of the requirements for this vehicle to be listed as a "CERTIFIED USED CAR ACCORDING TO GENERAL MOTERS". I made a complaint with GM Customer assistance under case number 85016744 and they just did nothing as well. It is apparent that Ken Ganley Sandusky Buick does not care about it customers. More
