Horrible Customer Service. Frank Chahulski is THE WORST I wanted to buy a car with Ganley and work out a deal for a new challenger over the phone. Everything was going well, sent me a bill of sale and every I wanted to buy a car with Ganley and work out a deal for a new challenger over the phone. Everything was going well, sent me a bill of sale and everything, until it came time for a rough estimate of my trade value. Frank got EXTREMELY RUDE with me about my trade, raised his voice at me over the phone when I calmly told him I know the value of my trade and what I will accept for it. He told me they would have to see it in person, which I understand completely. I told him I wasn't coming up there for them to lowball me and give me a thousand less than the car was worth. I told him the car was appraised at TWO DIFFERENT local dealerships for at least 16500. He said send the appraisal to him and bring it with me when I came up there. I did what he asked, calling the first dealership and asking them to send an email with my trade value on their letterhead. Frank got the email and told me it was "useless...and for all I knew this could be my COUSIN writing the email." Are you serious, Frank. At the two other online dealerships I bought from, the deal was done over the phone...price agreed to..trade in price agreed to as long as everything checked out with my vehicle, papers drawn and credit done, too. Just sign and walk away. PLEASE DON'T GO TO GANLEY. Frank has ruined the experience for me...and will probably insult you too by saying that, "...for all I know..it could have been your cousin writing the letter from one of the local dealerships." WOW. He then asked if he could call the dealership, I mean, whatever floats your boat, buddy. It was the STRANGEST AND MOST RUDE salesman I have ever met. And I am in the service industry, I was never once rude to this man. For this reason, I WILL NEVER shop at ANY Ganley lot. What a joke. You catch more flies with honey, not vinegar. Maybe you should have learned that trick after so many years of doing this, Frank...just saying. I have NEVER felt so belated by a salesman in my life. More

If you want ignored, belittled, blamed, labeled a liar, talked to in a demeaning manner, talked over, be without your vehicle for days on end, and leave with issues still not fixed, then this is where you want to be. But most of us are looking for Customer Service with Satisfaction. I would rather push my car for miles to find another place to service my car! Nick is offensive, argumentative, and unable to carry a conversation where you are not forced to scream to be heard. Paul Crowe could have cared less about the actions of Nick and added in a few of his own bad traits. Mr. Rick Heller's comment to Nick's behavior was that well we have had others comment about his demeanor. Thats it? Wow if you can't get some type of satisfaction from Management then why would would anyone buy or service a car from this place! Bottom line: Car is still not correct and no one cares More
WORST DEALER IN TOWN! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Ganley Chrysler is absolutely horrible. The salesmen are extraordinarily rude, pushy, and completely uneducated about the cars they sell. Moreover, if you do buy a car from them, don't expect any kind of customer service going forward. My fiancé bought a brand new fully loaded Jeep cherokee from them. Within weeks of buying the car, multiple things went wrong with the windshield wipers, the side view mirrors and more. When we called the dealership, but we kept getting handed off to one person after the other, with each person being more clueless than the previous. And perhaps the worst part is their service department is full of individuals that are not only inconsiderate and rude, but more shockingly, completely unprofessional as well. Long story short, we scheduled an appointment a week in advance to have something fixed on the car (they scheduled it on this specific date, because they knew they would have the part they needed by then). We drop off the car at the scheduled time early in the morning, and planned to pick it up later that night. Nevertheless, we get a call from Nick an hour after we left, telling us they don't have the part they need.....WHAT? HOW DID YOU NOT KNOW THIS BEFORE WE BROUGHT THE CAR IN THAT MORNING? Simply put. they were TOO LAZY and INCOMPETENT to check. Perhaps even worse was that Nick didn't apologize for their mistake even once, and actually claimed it wasn't their fault!!! In fact, he actually started yelling and arguing with me on the phone!!! Don't expect any assistance from the service department Manager Paul Crowe either. After speaking with him in person about how frustrated we were and how horrible the service at the dealership had been (including how horrible Nick was), he gave us his card and told us to give him a call after the holidays, so he could set up a time for a regional manager to come in and meet with us/look over the car. Of course, we followed up with him the first week in January, and literally five more times after that, before we actually got a hold of him (we left numerous messages, but of course never received any call back). Once we did get a hold of him, he told us he was going to contact the regional manager, and would get back to us within a couple days...(that was in the middle of January)... Well, now it is almost the middle of February, and guess what???? STILL HAVE NOT HEARD A WORD FROM PAUL OR ANYONE ELSE AT THE GANLEY DEALERSHIP. BOTTOM LINE, DO NOT BUY FROM GANLEY JEEP/CHRYSLER. I PROMISE YOU WILL REGRET IT...HONESTLY, IF WE COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS, WE WOULD! READ ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS....THERE IS A REASON WHY THEY ARE ALMOST ALL NEGATIVE! More

I purchased 2 other cars from this dealer and this would have been my third .they will never get my business ever again these 2 mangers are jay hoegler and john sestan . Upon my first visit for service (oil change) my car was smashed while in the dealers care. (no one knows how) After having my car for two weeks for repairing the body, I was informed all 4 tires and chrome smashed while in the dealers care. (no one knows how) After having my car for two weeks for repairing the body, I was informed all 4 tires and chrome wheels were stolen. (no one knows how) Eventhough the car has an elaborate alarm and the lot is well lit and locked, my car was vandalized. To top everything off, Ganley wants me to claim this on my insurance! I recommend staying away from these thieves! I suspect they have their own little chop shop going. Take heed and do not spend any money at any Ganley! They could care less about their customers.
