(Ganley Ford has an awesome service department also). Last week I brought my car in for service, got a loaner for free, went to work and got the call that the car needed a fairly expensive repair. Gary was able to work out a deal with me over the phone to trade in my car and buy a new Ford Escape. I just showed up after work, signed the papers, moved my stuff from my old car to the new and drove away into the sunset! Honest sales rep with great integrity. Phil's a great no nonsense guy. I told him I was interested in an F150 at the dealership but the asking price was well above the Kelley Blue Book pric Phil's a great no nonsense guy. I told him I was interested in an F150 at the dealership but the asking price was well above the Kelley Blue Book price. He told me to print it out and bring it with me to the dealership and he would do his best to get me a deal as close to that as he could. I gave him my walk away/drive away offer and he took it to his manager. His manager approved my offer and I drove away with a very nice truck at great deal. Thanks Phil!! More
