New Ford Edge Purchase Previous visit to Ganley Norton was oil change on our 2011 Ford 150 truck. While waiting, looked at floor display models. Saw the Escape & Edge. Few Previous visit to Ganley Norton was oil change on our 2011 Ford 150 truck. While waiting, looked at floor display models. Saw the Escape & Edge. Few days later, went back and test drove both. Preferred the Edge. Sales Rep, Jeff Barstow, was extremely helpful with me and wife Joan, working out a trade of our Ford 150 truck to purchase Edge. He was friendly, and knowledgeable all phases in completing this purchase. He is assisting us on getting the Sync up and running and explaining the in's and out's of this new purchase. Daniel Smith set up the financial end of transaction and gave us good pointers regarding extended warrenty . All paperwork transactions & transfers are handled by the dealership so there's no running around for us. Basically, we walked in, test drove, signed paperwork, left our 150 truck as trade-in and drove the Edge home. This is a all service dealership, close to where we live, and we would highly recommend them to our friends. More
