Arrived around 4:30 with no appointment, needed my first oil change in my Explorer. Very busy and yet the time was made to help me and give my vehicle a multi point checkup. This was our first Ford purchase and we were pleasantly surprised with the customer service and vehicle knowledge Ray had. He helped us learn all about our new car features and even stayed late to show us surprised with the customer service and vehicle knowledge Ray had. Returned for the first oil change on my 2013 Platinum F150. Check in was smooth, given an estimated time of completion of 1 hour to 1 hour 20. At Ganley Ford they are very knowledgeable and courtesy to make your visit as smooth as possible. I have bought two vehicles there last year and usually just go anywhere for simple service like a oil chang to make your visit as smooth as possible. John was very pleasant and friendly, as well as very helpful. He found me a truck I wanted and worked with everyone to get things done so I was able to take it home right away. After the purchase, he took the time to explain the features of the car, connected my phone to the Sync system and showed me all the basics.
