Had my 2002 F150 in for some routine maintenance. They located some issues with my shift linkage and reported it to me with a price. I requested they fix it and they did. The only issue I had though was the mechanic called me and said they broke my hood latch and did a temporary fix for it. He advised me have it replaced soon. It looks like they charged me $35.00 dollars for the repair. Does that sound right?? They broke it, and charged me for the repair. Other than that the vehicle was ready at the time I requested. I am very happy with Tony in sales department. I would like to talk with him about buying a new truck when you get in some new F250s with a diesel. More
