Service people need to learn customer service and how to treat customers. Almost 5 hours for a inspection on and oil change on a 50k vehicle!!! Unhappy place to do business with and waited 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. Was told one price and paid over 10 dollars higher. Asked why and guy said he made an error. I was told an hour and I explained to him that it was over 2 1/2 hours and he said that he was busy.I said that I saw my vehicle sitting outside the window for over 15 minutes and he said thats how long it takes to get paperwork ready.I can't believe I just paid for an oil change for almost $40 dollars, waited almost 3 hours and guy never said sorry. Great place ya right, seemed stressed, unhappy staff and the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing. I don't even know if they knew they had hands. Will never be back, wouldn't even come back if they paid me. Also about 8 employee's were outside side smoking and once a few left a few more joined and this went on for over my 2 1/2 hours while waiting. I could only think if you purchased a car here how long you'd be here for that. More
