I sat for hours, and was not explained on the proper options I needed. We discussed I needed options for my disability and he knew car didn't have them yet sold me car anyways. Either doesn't listen, did call me by another person's name on phone call, or just trying to push sale. Either way pressured and wrong then had me lie on his survey to get his bonus. More
