Just wanted to give a shoutout to this dealership. My wife and I drove a lot of vehicles and talked to many dealers in search of a vehicle. We stopped by Ken Ganley Kia on our way back from Morgantown My wife and I drove a lot of vehicles and talked to many dealers in search of a vehicle. We stopped by Ken Ganley Kia on our way back from Morgantown one afternoon. A young man welcomed us and was very professional. Nicholas then walked us through the vehicle that caught our interest. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle walking us around it and when we took our test drive. We then discovered the exact Sorento we wanted was not available anywhere in the state of WV. That’s when we was introduced to Travis the sales manager, very professional as well!! We decided to wait and look around and a few days later Nicholas reached out to us and explained they could locate the vehicle we wanted. We then decided to put the shopping in their hands and they delivered!! We got exactly what we wanted and had such an awesome experience through Ken Ganley Kia. I’ve dealt with a lot of dealerships throughout my life and I’ve never experienced such a wonderful staff as this one and such a welcoming clean facility! Went to dealership just to look around, Greg Floyd came over and answered any questions I had about different cars. Test drove a Seltos and liked it.
