My daughter purchased a Ford Explorer the 1st week of June 2024. Received a call that they had an accident with the vehicle and had smashed the door and had to order another door. Was not happy with th June 2024. Received a call that they had an accident with the vehicle and had smashed the door and had to order another door. Was not happy with the situation. Fast forward to today and I got the vehicle back. There was not gas in it, it was filthy on the inside and outside and looked like it had been driven the whole time that it was waiting for the new door. Spoke to Greg Knapp, Service Advisor. Advised him of the situation. He said my daughter could bring it back. They had 2 1/2 months to make this right and now we are expected to go back and inconvenience ourselves again. No. He asked what could be done to fix the problem. He gave me 5 free oil changes. My point is that this all should have never happened, and it definitely should not have been given back in this condition. Where is the Customer Service now days. There is none. Their loss. I will not purchase another vehicle from this dealership again. More
