On Thursday I went to this dealership I was outside for over one hour and got NO SERVICE, not one person came out to help me so I left. On Friday I called into the dealership and waited on hold for over 15 over one hour and got NO SERVICE, not one person came out to help me so I left. After basically not listening to me nor offering anything to me I get "We sell 400 cars per month" so whats that mean my business doesn't mean anything? What a joke, this place is poorly ran and needs to send their sales people to a customer service class. The sad fact is they lost my business and future business when my wife is looking for a van. I wouldn't send anyone here STAY AWAY from this place and save your self time and just go to Mentor of Honda Tj got my business! More

Service is always very easy to schedule. Amber always greets me when I enter the center, and it amazes me that she recognizes and greets me by name each time I come in for service.
