That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at our dealership. I understand that you are not pleased with the process of the paperwork. I asure you that the warranty and gap was gone over with you while in the finance office and never intened to hide anything from you. Any or all paperwork has to be explained prior to signing. By the consumer signing the paperwork means that they agree to those terms and payment. If you didn't agree to the payment we would of never been able to get the the paperwork process. I have notified my busniess office of your review in hopes of making it right. I want to help out in anyway I can to correct your experiance. If there is a way to do this I will try my best.
