underbody coating i received a letter from kia that they were doing free underbody coating on our model of car! Went in for that and found out we were eligible for a f i received a letter from kia that they were doing free underbody coating on our model of car! Went in for that and found out we were eligible for a free oil change also . As it turned out we were due for one so they did both. Their estimated wait time was 1- 1 1/2 hours but they finished up in 45 minutes. Great job Kia! More

Car maintenance Brought car in for regular maintenance, but also had some concerns (car was making noise that sounded like a chain on a roller coaster. there was also Brought car in for regular maintenance, but also had some concerns (car was making noise that sounded like a chain on a roller coaster. there was also vehicle hesitation, air conditioning needed to be checked etc.). After car was brought back into service area, they found that an axle was leaking which was causing many of the problems. a new axle is being ordered and should be in next week. With this being a lengthy time for work to be done (was there for over 4 hours) maybe a loaner car should have been offered and I could have come back later in the day to pick up my car. More
