Had an appointment for an oil change and interior window shade hook installation since the hooks were never installed in the factory when car was built. Prior to the appointment, I called twice to confirm t shade hook installation since the hooks were never installed in the factory when car was built. When the appointment was completed, I was advised they didn’t have the hooks and I would need to come back for that. Screwed up the July 4th weekend Scheduled July 3rd a week ahead of time to repair a window switch. Picked the car up early in the AM, Got a call mid Afternoon telling me that they need to keep my car over the weekend because it was a five hour repair and they ran out of time it was a five hour repair. Telling me they had lots of walk in business to take care of. So xxx, that walk in traffic came ahead of my scheduled repair. My plan was to leave the night of Fri The 3rd, dive through the night to spend the 4th with my daughters for the weekend, something we only get to do once a year. The loner they gave me was a scooter Soul, with no smoking stickers all over it. I was not going to peddle it for ten hours. The kicker was that the sales department was all over me in the AM to trade, something i was considering. Now NEVER More
