Service beyond my expectations I was on US 19 returning home from a Dr's visit, when the idiot lights came on, I confess I have no idea what to do with the new cars of to day. All I was on US 19 returning home from a Dr's visit, when the idiot lights came on, I confess I have no idea what to do with the new cars of to day. All I want to do is turn the key and get to where I want to go! Luck was with me when I pulled into Friendly Kia, The Team Service Manager "Toddee" took over, explained the options I had and reassured me it was safe to go home, about 2 miles from the dealership. "Toddee" called me the next day and arranged to have my vehicle picked up, service, recalled, washed and what was necessary to fix it. It was returned that afternoon! For me, this service is a life saver. I do not enjoy the best of health, and Oxygen and Covid 19 do not mix well. By offering this amazing service I was able to avoid any unnecessary contact. Thank you "Toddee" and all your Happy Helpers. Your service and caring attitude are a breath of fresh air. You are an asset to your Company. More

This dealership came highly recommended to me by a coworker and was conveniently located near my home. I did some looking on line and came to Friendly to look at 2 specific cars.
