Building is old in desperate need of being redone. Felt like manager was unwilling to deal or compromise or even provide adequate explanation to. questions although they were very friendly. Their service department was very small old and cramped and dirty. We are actually in the process of buying a second Kia and definitely will not go to that dealership. Friendly Kia is just amazing! Every single person that I came into contact with was obviously very well trained and spoke from the heart. It is obvious that from the moment you step through the door, that they know what they’re doing and love their jobs. My salesman was Emmanuel, he showed me one version of the Kia Soul. We went for a ride, I loved it but when we got back, I saw a version that had all the bells and whistles. I ended up buying the one with all the accessories and I couldn’t be happier. From finance to service (had one little issue that Toddy made sure got fixed within a few minutes).... Everyone is top notch! I will definitely recommend Friendly Kia to everyone.
