Everyone is so pleasant & I was taken care of immediately. Nothing was found to be wrong with the battery. Tow truck driver had a different opinion. strange experience. EVERYONE was REALLY super nice... BUT we went in there and told them there was a nail in the tire and that 2 of the lights in the car were out. after EVERYONE was REALLY super nice... BUT we went in there and told them there was a nail in the tire and that 2 of the lights in the car were out. after about an hr and a half they came back and said 'there was no nail in the tire, it was only a rock" and that the 2 lights were out and EACH would cost $3 for the bulb and $30 to put them in. ok so i get it they need to be paid for their time so i understand the $30 BUT i said dont worry about the light ill just get them and put them in myself.. i was then told 'they are special bulbs that we only have here at Friendly Kia (for your Hyundai) and that if i went to an auto parts store they would burn out faster then their very special bulbs. yes this was said and i almost lost my xxxx BUT i was really only there for the tire and was doing the bulbs myself one way or another.. SOOOOO i said oh well its late were starving so were just going to go. as soon as we got to the car i bent down and looked directly at the nail, called the service guy over (i forget the names) and i asked him 'whats this?'. He then said 'that would be a nail in your tire'. again they were very nice and offered for us to stay there for another couple hours while they changed the tire. so i said no we will come back tomorrow and we did and they patched it and all is good.. over all it was just pretty annoying but they got it done and they were all very nice.
