My experience at Ken Ganley Kia of New Port Richey was, without a doubt, the best car-buying experience I've ever had. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely happy without a doubt, the best car-buying experience I've ever had. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely happy to help. Alex, my salesperson, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, informative, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel pressured. Most importantly, he helped me get everything I wanted. The experience ended just as positively with Stan in the finance department. He truly was "the man with the plan." He made the financing process smooth and stress-free, explaining everything clearly without being pushy. What stood out to me the most was the atmosphere throughout the dealership.
