Always use Friendly Kia when in Holiday FL I already did an extensive survey about my visit. Suffice to say Friendly Kia is as good if not better than the Kia Dealer I go to back home. I sold cars for 7+ years, and was VERY familiar with the car buying process. That being said, the team at Friendly Kia was top notch and even though I had told them that I was in the business for over 7 yea car buying process. That being said, the team at Friendly Kia was top notch and even though I had told them that I was in the business for over 7 years, they treated me like every other customer; which is to say, with the utmost care and listened to any concerns that I may have had, and addressed them one by one. Easy check in procedure. Relatively Fast service. Everything was explained thoroughly before and after service. Knowledgeable & friendly staff. Harry needs to put his picture with his name on review, I had to unlock my car, go outside and find the receipt so I could find his name because his picture is not with his name on the review and I couldn’t remember it. Would be nice if he had a picture along with the other service people so it would be easier. I almost didn’t complete this review because of the hassle having to go out to the car and retrieve the receipt to get his name. More
