He has a very friendly, easy going personality that made my experience that much better. He knew what he was talking about and was very straight forward and honest with me. The sales manager Joe DiMaggio was also pleasant to work out the numbers with and had a fun personality as well. My husband and I were both looking at turning in our cars at the end of our leases. Peter was very knowledgeable on the Sorrento and the Soul. The manager Carl promised to have the radio in my new 2020 Sorento upgraded to a siriusxm radio at a cost of $500. Sent me to an offsite business that takes care of this just to have an add on to the rad 2020 Sorento upgraded to a siriusxm radio at a cost of $500. Sent me to an offsite business that takes care of this just to have an add on to the radio that has to be plugged into the radio USB jack. Very ugly and not what was explained to me or the salesman. Very up happy with this. I was able to talk to Carl about it with no solution only a very sorry attitude by him. Would not recommend this dealership. More
