pleasant experience except for the the suggested add ons. Had an oil change w/coupon. However, service said I needed a new battery because it registered at 0. Always very friendly and professional. The last 2 visits it has taken 15 minutes or more to get checked in. Not because the department was extremely busy but because the particular person I was scheduled w it has taken 15 minutes or more to get checked in. Not a big deal but I believe the other people there should be able to check in someone if the other person is occupied although I do understand having one person from start to finish. More
