Five Star Service Where to begin? The service and staff at Friendly KIA is par none. One is greeted upon arrival by a service advisor with a smile on their face and a Where to begin? From the time the vehicle was brought in to when it was finished I was informed of what was being done and when the vehicle would be ready. Friendly KIA goes above and beyond the norm. The Service Area is clean and bright. The Lounge Area is inviting and has complimentary food and drinks. When Friendly KIA personnel pass through the lounge they give a cheerful ‘Hello’ including the owner 😊. John Schmidt and the service staff are excellent and make waiting for a vehicle enjoyable. I love the fact that John Schmidt’s (the service manager) door is always open. Friendly KIA makes me feel like part of the family and they take excellent care of my KIA. Friendly KIA as a whole surpasses any dealership I have ever encountered. They are first class! Online reviews are important and informative; however, actual experience is tangible and invaluable.
