Worst GM ever If you don’t mind being talked to like a idiot by the GM. On 8/25/19 He literally slammed a book in my face. When we couldn’t come to a agreement he slammed it shut right in my face and said “BYE” He was as rude as I’ve ever experienced .. some lady called asking how my experience was so I told her and of course she defended him but I figured she would. She said expect a call from him apologizing but I knew that wasn’t gonna happen and of course it never came.... To make this EVEN BETTER I posted this exact same review (like I told customer service I would) on the Friendly Kia page and Don proceeds to argue with me about it and calls me a liar..he says “you where never here at Friendly Kia” so I provide proof my family and I where there with the sales paper he printed up with HIS NAME WRITTEN ON IT 3 TIMES with no less then ol Dons signature on it....so what does Don do after he sees proof I was in fact there? He deleted his comment.... I bought my 2020 at Citrus Kia. More
Very quick response for towing I was in a panic because my battery was dead. Kate who answered the phone was very sympathetic and fast acting and I really appreciated it.
