The gal behind the window, never looked up, didn't say anything when the service adviser dropped me off, and barely thanked me when I was leaving. Other than that, it was a good experience. A couple of items to consider. The charging station for the phones/devices was a nice touch. None of them worked however. I tried to "text the service manager" as the signs around the waiting area suggested, but never got a response. Not a big deal, but if you're going to have that type of amenity, it probably should work. Also, not sure why the text was never responded too (now days later). Perhaps the number needs updating? More

No pressure, super helpful, but disrespects the customer. I originally went to Hyundai used dealer, where the salesman went right over the top of my budget, showed me a piece of junk, and insulted me. When I entered Friendly Kia, Anthony Diaz greeted my wife and me and we told him our budget. Instead of jumping to the top of my budget and trying to get the most money out of us, Anthony started at the least expensive vehicles first. This right here earned him my utmost respect. Not trying to rob me, just trying to get me into a vehicle where I am confortable with the budget. Yes, there were a couple issues, as rhere always are with a major life purchase, and Anthony D, Joe D, and Carl all went above and beyond to ensure my wife and I were happy and any issues resolved. UPDATE: Updating my review, after receiving a denied credit letter in the mail. When I was making my cash purchase for a used vehicle, they said they need to run a soft credit check to ensure the money is not form illegal means. Well I just received a letter in the mail from Friendly Kia denying me credit, which was a HARD hit to my wife and my credit record. This dealer lied, said they were not going to run a credit application, and they did it anyways. This was a cash purchase, what the heck man! Completely disappointed and disgusted; a hard hit on your credit will stay for two years and negatively affects your credit score. Change your ways, stop lying to customers, use the proper government forms for checking on source of customer funds. You damaged my credit and you damaged my wife's credit with unnecessary and unauthorized credit checks. More
