The person we worked with was named Fred. I won’t be working with him again. I asked him to text me when our car was ready to go and he said no problem, should only be an hr and a half. We left at 10:30am. Came back at 12pm. Waiting and waiting for his text..so at 12:15 I called to find out the status and told Fred will call you back with a status update. Waiting and waiting so called back again at 12:35pm. Same thing, Fred will call me back. Finally at 12:40pm Fred calls and says “I sent you a text at 11:30am when your car was ready”. I showed him my phone, never received a text! He showed me his phone where he typed the text but he forgot to hit SEND!!!! Never working with Fred again! More

Loosing faith I have faithfully been taking my Sorento to this dealership since I parched it 5 years ago. The last few times I have gone in something has gone wrong I have faithfully been taking my Sorento to this dealership since I parched it 5 years ago. The last few times I have gone in something has gone wrong. The visit before this most current one, I was only there to have my tire (purchased through Kia less than 6 mo ago) patched. Had the complementary car wash only to have my antenna completely stripped off the car. Granted it was replace by Kia at no cost to me but it was still an inconvenience. I have even had my door handle on the passenger rear door come off as well. Seems like the folks at the spa are not being careful enough with the cars. And then I am made to feel like it was normal wear and tear on the car. This last visit I needed both front and rear breaks. Offered NOT to do the wash since it was storming. After I left the dealership my low tire pressure light came on again. The dealership had closed at this point since it was late afternoon on a Saturday. I get home and my tire goes flat. Only to find out the the valve core was not properly installed so the air was leaking out of my tire as well as the cap was missing. It was there when I brought it in but gone after my breakers were replaced. I am almost afraid to take my car in for service because I am afraid that something else is going to break. Also, the morning of my appointment, I got two phone calls, one voicemail and one text all wanting to give me an offer to trade in my car. This was not the first time this was “offered” to me and each time was when something major needed to be fixed. I am starting to feel like there is something seriously wrong with me car and by “offering a great price to trade” is a coverup. The service techs when you check in have always been great, but I a, really loosing faith in the mechanics as well as everyone else. More
