Quick service, nice waiting area. Arrived a little late, but they got started right away, did my requested service, washed and vacuumed my car, and I was done in a little over an hour. Missing parts from my car I purchased a car from this dealership and I noticed they took the spare tire out of the trunk. I've been calling them over and over again trying to g I purchased a car from this dealership and I noticed they took the spare tire out of the trunk. I've been calling them over and over again trying to get it back but no one is able to help me. I've been laughed at and ignored for over a year. Everytime I get a flat or an issue with my tire, I have to fake time out of my day to get a new one. If I had the spare tire that was in the trunk, I can just change my tire and be on my way. What type of dealership take things from the car.. A shady one.. More

OUTSTANDING VISIT I was greeted right away. Cody my service rep., walked me through the whole process letting me know where we stand and how much longer it would be. I was greeted right away. recall & oil change My car had 2 recalls - only 1 was done along with my oil change. Other recall for wires they ordered so i will need to go back to have done . But I am not seeing which filters needed to be replaced there was more than 1 and not listed on my receipt ? or an email with filter information It notes several things that weren't even done . It was raining so there was not car wash done yet it say's it was along with door jams cleaned etc... More
