Frustrated When I purchased my van, whoever resurfaced my rotors did a terrible job. I had to bring it back within weeks to have them shaved down again. In ym account it stated clearly that due to this I was to have my rotors REPLACED if they caused vibrations again. I called and set up my appointment and was told the rotors were in stock and that the appointment should take about 1.5 hours. I arrived for my appointment and waited with my two toddler. After 1 hour and 15 minutes, Chad came out to tell me my rotors would be resurfaced. I explained to him I was not going to agree to that and that they'd already been resurfaced twice. He continued to argue with me in the waiting room. After he said he would go check, another man came out and was helpful. He made sure I had the rotors replaced and set me up in a rental so that I didn't have to wait as the new rotors wouldn't arrive until 4. He, as well as the woman who gave my kids coloring books and lollipops were amazing! While they did help, I am still frustrated at Chad as well as the fact that I had to drive back and forth since they didn't have the part. When I made the appointment the woman in parts said it was in stock. Was the plan to try and resurface them all along? Why lie and say they were in stock if they weren't? Living in Plant City, it takes 1.5 hours to drive each way. With a 3 and 4 year old in tow, you could understand the inconvenience. We will not be returning nor will I recommend. More

They will work hard to ensure you get exactly what you want. We gave them a vehicle and a payment range and now for the second time they net those requests the first time. No haggling, no BS, and absolutely no pressure. After dealing with a dealership close to home on Friday and not getting what we asked for and a much higher payment, we decided to drive 1 1/2 hrs to New Port Richey on Saturday and left with a new car within the payment range we requested. The team at Friendly is 2nd to none. Bill Sizemore was our salesman for both vehicles and I’m certain if you buy one from him you won’t ever buy from another. Again thank you to the entire Friendly team. More

Excellent buying experience. I couldn't be happier. I researched this purchase for a couple weeks.
