Property taken Initially I would say this was a great experience as I drove 20 miles each way when I have a Kia dealership less the 1 mile from my home. Todd was ext Initially I would say this was a great experience as I drove 20 miles each way when I have a Kia dealership less the 1 mile from my home. Todd was extremely helpful, attentive & friendly. Unfortunately I had 2 issues the first being my trunk was leaking & I was assured it was under warranty so I drove back & left my car to be fixed, after the trunk was fixed I was notified that it wasn’t under warranty & would be required to pay. First my car is in exceptional condition so highly doubtful it was something I did and 2nd my 2003 Kia also had an issue with the trunk leaking. So I picked up my car & paid the fee. Well the next day I needed the jumper cables that were in my trunk when dropping my car off however they were no longer there. I called Kia 3 times & all 3 times asked to have Todd call me, It is now June27 and I still have not heard from anyone in regards to my jumper cables. I also would like to add that I was notified by Kia prior to my calls regarding jumper cables, Kia called me asking if I had seen a sun pass that was in the loaner car that was given to me while my car was being fixed. Due to these 2 issues I will probably take my car to another dealership for repairs! More

My experience I had received a reminder email about service coming up on my car. I called, scheduled an appointment without any problem. I received a reminder email I had received a reminder email about service coming up on my car. I called, scheduled an appointment without any problem. I received a reminder email the day before my appointment. I arrived promptly at my appointed time and was immediately assisted. We went over what I was going to have done and he told me my services would run around 2.5 hours. I told him that wasn't a problem and he showed me the waiting area and told me about the refreshments freely available. A little over an hour later he came and told me what else they found that my car might need, which were items that were needed, based in my mileage, and after discussing same he told me that I should be out of there in less than 90 minutes, which, I was. I was treated by all employees courteously and professionally. The reception area was clean, maintained, and stocked with beverages, donuts, and crackers. Wi-Fi was available. I was very pleased with my service. More
