Quick Service I had a tire pressure sensor go off, and for two days the psi just plummeted but the tire didn't look as though it lost any air at all. Turns out ther I had a tire pressure sensor go off, and for two days the psi just plummeted but the tire didn't look as though it lost any air at all. Turns out there was a nail deeply embedded draining the tire. Friendly Kia had me in and out in less than an hour. Thanks again! More

Delivered as promised I came in for my 1st service on my '19 Kia Stinger. There was a bit of chaos when I arrived, but everyone was very responsive and professional. Truly a Friendly Dealership I was looking for a used Honda minivan and had been haggling with dealerships (including Honda dealerships) for a couple of days. I found a listing at I was looking for a used Honda minivan and had been haggling with dealerships (including Honda dealerships) for a couple of days. I found a listing at Friendly KIA for a used Odyssey that was the color and trim that I preferred, and 10,000 less miles than the other used Odyssey's I was seeing. I gave friendly KIA a call, Mandy sounded cheery, and after getting my information, worked with Bill Sizemore to get me the price that I was looking for, all over the phone (I was coming from a couple hours away). We came in the next morning, met with Bill (who was there and ready with our information, at the opening hours), and took the van for a test drive by the Gulf of Mexico. Bill has a calm, friendly, demeanor, which was nice especially as we went through all of the paperwork (which was pretty painless as far as filling out paperwork goes!). Once all of our paperwork was done, it was around lunchtime, and we were offered some pizza and water/soda to chow down on before venturing back home. After eating, the van was waiting for us detailed, fueled up, and ready to go, just outside the door! 10/10, I recommend Friendly KIA, both Mandy and Bill were pleasant to work with! More

Emmanuel was patient, professional, knowledgeable, and helped me find exactly the vehicle I was looking I personally had a wonderful experience here. I had a terrible experience at the last dealership and this place was outstanding. Floor manager (Brian) was professional and greeted me, finance manager (Skye) was professional and informative with all costs and questions. Vehicle costs are better than anywhere I've looked.
