Overall checkup I greeted immediately.. I was introduced to my agent technician.. he then informed me what will be required for my car.. asked me if I would like my c I greeted immediately.. He then told me that it would take about one hour and fifteen minutes .. told me of snacks and refreshments in the waiting room and the password for my computer.. he returned later to advise me my car was finished, with four minutes to spare .
