My partner had purchased a Kia from Friendly Kia and highly recommended that I at the very least browse their inventory. We contacted JB and he scheduled me an appt that very day. From the moment we walked in, he greeted us, showed me several options and I fell in love with a particular car whichI ended up purchasing. JB was GREAT. This was probably the first time that I've experienced customer service at this level from not only JB but from Diane and the whole staff at Friendly Kia. I can see why they're called Friendly Kia because they absolutely live up to their name!! More

Didnt see any value added to the service I bought my car here so thought it would be the same type of service but it was different. I drove 40 min to go and back home and it was not worth the I bought my car here so thought it would be the same type of service but it was different. I drove 40 min to go and back home and it was not worth the drive, mainly because what they did I could have done it 10 min from my home. They where suppose to rotate my wheels but they didnt have the key because it is a Hyundai. So next time I will go to a Hyundai service so they complete the work. The waiting space was nice and it had complimentary food. More
