Brian (don’t know his last name) who we also dealt with, quoted us a monthly payment but Anthony Diaz and Skye Cheney were great and professional. Purchase of new vehicle I just purchased a new 2019 KIA Forte from the dealership. I went there to get my oil change and tires rotated on 2017 KIA Forte which I purchased the I just purchased a new 2019 KIA Forte from the dealership. I went there to get my oil change and tires rotated on 2017 KIA Forte which I purchased there new previously. Otto worked with us until we got what we wanted. First, we met Anthony Diaz. He was FRIENDLY and NO PRESSURE as we scoped out the inventory but didn’t find anything we liked. We came back another day and Anthony was off, so we met Otto Villalta. By this point, we knew what we wanted... The model, color and options. There were none on the lot but rather than pressuring us to buy something else, Otto worked with the Friendly Kia management to get just what we wanted. It took a couple weeks but he stuck by us, keeping us informed, until we had just what we asked for. He was friendly, HONEST, and HELPFUL from beginning to end, which was GREATLY appreciated. More
Recall and regular service 1-Agent spent too much time trying to "diagnose" issues rather than simply recording them for the mechanic to address, 2-Mechanic left the oil drain 1-Agent spent too much time trying to "diagnose" issues rather than simply recording them for the mechanic to address, 2-Mechanic left the oil drain plug loose (not even hand tight). Result, oil leak, oil stain on driveway. Had to replace the drain plug as it was damaged. It continued to leak after tightening. Lost approx 2/3 quart of oil. More
