Best vehicle buying experience EVER WE went to Friendly Kia on 5/16 as I hadn’t seen a Telluride yet and were were contemplating trading in our Kia Sorento for a newer one. The Telluri WE went to Friendly Kia on 5/16 as I hadn’t seen a Telluride yet and were were contemplating trading in our Kia Sorento for a newer one. The Telluride blew us away! Otto Villalta greeted us and showed us the car and answered all our questions and showed us many features. We did not want to test drive as we were just looking. Otto understood and asked us to stop back to test drive when we were ready. Helpful NOT pushy. Well, we went back today and we asked for Otto. We drove it went over all the features with Otto. He was so kind and patient. The most pleasant man we have met in years of vehicle buying. We went in and started the process & negotiations. Manager Joe DiMaggio (what a great guy as well) worked with us extensively. We finally got to the point where we all were all satisfied and we drove it home. I have purchased many cars & RV’s in my life. This was by far the best buying experience EVER. Otto & Joe were so fair, not pushy but helpful. Will recommend to anyone. Fantastic, couldn't ask for better with Diane & Darnell. Came in to replace my KIA Soul that I was in & hit head-on by a Dodge Hemi Truck May 14, 2019 approx... 90MPH impact collision, I was hurt pretty bad Came in to replace my KIA Soul that I was in & hit head-on by a Dodge Hemi Truck May 14, 2019 approx... 90MPH impact collision, I was hurt pretty bad, but my Soul 2017 just cocooned me in Air Bags, I am alive BC of that car & the safety features it had on it, my Green Skittle Bug did her job<3 Diane was called a few days after I had this happen and she walked me through what needed to be done with replacing the car, said she would take care of everything prior to us coming in, and to call her so she knew when we were coming in, so I called her on 5/24 said we would be there in about an HR, when we pulled in she was waiting for us outside along with Darnell, I was welcomed with a hug from Diane & she was like come on we are going to take good care of you & get you situated. The process with getting our 2019 SOUL was painless, easy, pretty fast, simple, we got a Red SOUL 2019, I was asked by Enterprise Car Rental if I would buy another SOUL? I said "In a Heartbeat I would & am going to" <3 Diane & Darnell were wonderful, knowledgeable, fun to deal with, personable, we Loved Friendly KIA the last time in 2017 when we had Dan Harrison & Diane, and this time was no different with Darnell & Diane, consistent relationship of dealings, relaxing is a good way to put it, buying a car is stressful enough, now top it with replacing the car you loved, your favorite color & being in pretty bad pain from injuries. When we were leaving, Diane gave me a big hug & Darnell offered to take the Enterprise Vech & turn it in, we had no idea you did this, but we said, it just needed a cleaning up before we would like to turn it in, great offer of service.
